Designed for adults only, this love hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a sofa and microwave in Toshima. The property is just a 4-minute walk from Otsuka Station on the Yamanote Line. This love hotels is not intended for families, and children cannot be accommodated.
The rooms come with a private bathroom with a bath and bidet, with slippers provided. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hair dryer.
You will find a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space at the property.
Japanese or Western breakfast is provided for all guests.
The Sunshine 60 Observatory is 900 metres from Hotel Bianca Due, while Yasukuni Shrine is 5 km away. The nearest airport is Haneda Airport, 20 km from the property.

不少餐飲業店家，為了提供民眾訂餐方便，大多不需事先付款，取貨時一併結清即可。不過一名自稱在披薩店打工的網友，在臉書粉絲團「靠北奧客」中抱怨，有一名顧客一口氣訂購了70個披薩，結果丟了一句話要改期，70個披薩只好全被扔掉。
該名店員在文中說：「有一位客人提早兩天訂了70個Pizza，當天做好了才打電話說要改到下星期，結果全部丟掉超級浪費，因公司規定也不能向那位客人求償。」此外他還表示，因為店家提供民眾網路下單的服務，不少顧客下了訂單後常以多訂一份、誤訂等理由而要求取消訂單，導致食物只好被丟棄，甚至遇過顧客聲稱不小心按到結帳而不願取餐，令他相當無奈。
文章掀起網友們熱議，行為遭到不少人撻伐，並紛紛留言「暴殄天物的最好都一直投胎在中非」、「大訂單應該要求先來付款，規則沒訂好，只會養成更多的奧客」、「這可以告詐欺了吧？」、「真浪費，那些人不知道很多人沒食物吃嗎」、「可以跟那個客人說，他下地獄時有七十個披薩等著他」。
